It isn't every day you get to hop on a plane and reunite with travel buddies from your last trip to Europe.  But that is exactly what I did when I headed off to Santiago, Chile!

Day 1

-Flew to DC bc you take advantage of flight deals

-half price hotel bc you take advantage of hotel deals

 

Day 2

-Off to Chile

-Long flights, slight confusion

-oh crap you might want to work on your spanish

-arrive and meet up with Andrea and Javo

-met up with girls from GLT who were on all my flights

-dropped off and met Cata

-talked and then bedtime

Day 3

-spent morning relaxing

-met up w/glt girls

-walked thru bella vista-street art

-went up san cristobal hill-saw virgin mary protects city

-silly photo shoot

-national pisco day-celebrate before heading back to catas

-met up at bar w/friends and more pisco

-ate all the amazing choriana friez mixto

Day 4

-crappy weather

-lazy, blogging day

-nails done, grocery store, taco party

-introduced javo and andrea to bumble, passed out before everyone else

​

Day 5

-Walking tour with Spicy Chile (also glt)

-lunch w/pachi and tatan-ate peruvian food

-skycostanera

-ate at liguria

-back home

Day 6

-check out valparaiso blog

​

Day 7

-Visit Santiago launch party

-back to San Cristobal to go on cable cars

-met aunt and cousin

-back to house

-relax stayed in-had fun preping for wedding, ate everything

Day 8

-Wedding - Check out wedding blog post

​

Day 9

-Recovery

-saw sun rise

-slept until 1:30

-hung out w/cata's mom and bro

-lunch

-exhausted

-gossip

-chinese for dinner

-watched up

-bed

​

Day 10

-Fly to san pedro de atacama

​
